CSS bullets not aligning with text

Here's a weird one, I think. Created a colored bullet, looks fine in DW, but in browser, text is lower than bullets AKA out of line. I made the bullet very small (with Fireworks). Any ideas?

Looks like this may be a browser issue. It looks fine in Safari, but not Explorer.
