CSS background image not appearing

Hello-

I am attempting to define an internal style that sets a background
image within a TD element. I am using Dreamweaver MX with templates,
and cannot get the image to display in any capacity whether it be the
template or pages it supports. I've tested the style itself with other
attributes and they work fine; I'm stumped as to how to troubleshoot
at this point.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. A site that uses the template
