CSS Background Image - 08-03-2004 , 03:44 PM

I want to put an image (700X998) as the background for a page. I am trying to
do it using css because I do not want it to repeat (or tile). All I can get to
show is a narrow image about 700x20. What am I doing wrong. I set the
properties to no repeat and centered everything.
