All I can say is you are going to have a lot of unhappy people, both

It's listed on the Top New features page for DW CS4 - but it's got
"prerelease" in parentheses after it. Spry scripts are also tagged as
prerelease and contain this comment atop:
// SpryWhatever.js - version 0.4 - Spry Pre-Release 1.6.1
It would seem this is a legal tactic. Perhaps Adobe's lawyers suggested this
as a way to insulate against lawsuits in the event that a feature caused
problems or was removed.
I might be in the minority here, but I would think hard and long about
deploying a "prerelease" solution on a real web page or as a service for
real clients.
