Just wondering what would be the best way of getting a description meta tag in the pages of a templated site. Should it be in the .dwt file or in the page itself? |
|
What code do search engines see on a template page? |

Each page should have a unique meta description tag. What code do search engines see on a template page? All code - don't quite understand your question, though. A search engine should never see a Template page, only Template child page. On the child pages, there should be an editable region in the head of the page called "head" into which you can place such things. |
