Cross update to Dreamweaver available?

Hi,

did somebody cross update to Dreamweaver? I would like to do it too
because my editor will not be supported any more. Corel bought HoTMetaL
Pro and XMetaL from Softquad, only to get an XML editor, I think. I like
my HTML editor from version 3 to version 5.

I think a cross update could save some money, and Dreamweaver is
availabe in German, and for Windows XP Pro too? Can I use it with linux
too? If there is a better editor on the market, please let me know.

I think this may be called a "competitive upgrade."
But that said, only the MM store can tell you if there is one for DWMX.

upgrade as someone going from a PC version of their product to the Mac
version. Moving from another companies product is not an upgrade.

There is not a version on DW for Linux but I understand some people have
got
it to work using a window emulator on a linux box.

The question got answered by Macromedia today. There is no cross update
available at the moment.
