Default Creating a template using a sliced PSD File - 08-13-2008 , 11:53 AM

I created my website in Photoshop now I want to make it so only in certain
areas the text can be changed. When I add text to my site more than space
permits it moves around all the slices. Is there a way to lock in the slices
so that the user updating the site can't mes sit up.

This has nothing to do with templates. It has everything to do with your
choice of a poor technique.

Read this, please -

Taking a Fireworks comp to a CSS-based layout in Dreamweaver

That's how to do it.
