Default creating a search page on an intranet site - 08-01-2004 , 11:16 PM

Hi

I am new to dreamweaver, so my appologies in advanced if my question is
simplistic.
I want to create a search page on an intranet site. Does anyone know if this
is possible and if so point me in the right direction.

thanks

You will need to use a search program. Google.com has free searches as
does atomz.com. You can also search hotscripts.com or google for search
programs. There are free ones and pay ones.

thanks for the reply. Do those programs help search within the intranet contents on my server?

If they're not on the web, google won't search them. However atomz will
(I think it creates an index of your files and then searches it). Other
programs work similarly.
