Creating an online course

I am interested in learning how to develop and create an online course for my
employees to complete. Is there a tutorial program to understand the best way
to do this or is there specific software designed that should be used in
conjunction with CS3? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Personally this can be done using Dreamweaver if you have a local intranet
running, but I know specifically with videos and what not that Flash (and I
believe Flex) are the way to go. You may want to call Adobe sales on this one
though. Because I'm pretty sure Flex works without Flash but they might be
used in conjunction to create interactive video courses.
