Creating A Newsletter

Hi Everyone

To go with my website I want to create a newsletter which will be sent out
possibly once every two weeks. At first I would expect it to reach about 50 to
100 people, so its not going to be very big.

I've been messing around in Word trying to put a template together (it would
be basically the same design as the one used in Tourbus.com), then I began to
wonder if Dreamweaver MX could do the job better. Has anyone had any experience
of setting up a new e-newsletter via Dreamweaver, I'd love to hear from you.

If Dreamweaver is not the route to go down - and somehow I doubt it is - would
you recommend any software. As it is for a small club Freeware would be best.

DW can do it, but there are differences with the delivery system vs browsers
