Create a Report from a Database

I'm using MySQL and PHP for building a website, however now I need to create
something like this:

{Title}
{Description}

{Zone1}
Detail Zone1

Have you tried the standard master-detail server behaviors? What you're
trying to do seems pretty straightforward.
