This is sometimes not such an easy job. The best way to do it would be to
spawn a new page from the template, copy and paste from the existing file
into the new one, and then save the new file over the existing one.
How many files do you have to convert, how many templates are you using, and
how many editable regions within the body of the page do those templates
have?
Also, which version of DW are you using?
