Convert CSS rules to inline CSS?

I know how to convert inline CSS to a CSS rule, but is there anyway in
Dreamweaver to convert a CSS rule to inline CSS?

I've been e-mail newsletters using inline CSS but it takes a lot of time to
do. If I could setup the entire newsletter using regular CSS rules and then
convert it so everything used inline CSS it would save me lots of time.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Actually you can, but not through Dreamweaver.
