Control Browser size?

Can I control the size of the browser window using php or javascript?

I know I can control pop ups, same sort of thing maybe?

I don't know exactly what you want to do,
bur example you can use "open window" extension from
http://www.fourlevel.com and using "onLoad event" control the size etc. of
the browser.
