Content Scroller

Hey guys I've been hurting my head but can't get it to function. I used the
Spry HTMLPanels for some work I'm doing for a client. Everything done and
dusted no problems... But then they wanted to use this script
(http://www.projectseven.com/products/tools/vscroller/index.htm) inside each
html fragment to display the content.

It works on the initial (index) page but DIES on the other pages... The page
isn't suppose to reload... but everything just gets messed up when it's added..
