Is the image CMYK or RGB? If the former, it needs to be the latter.

You should know that attribute values CANNOT contain spaces, e.g., id="about
me".

On the FLV page, the browser throws this error -

Error: AC_FL_RunContent is not defined
Source File: http://www.chrisallen.eu/portfolio13_GTV.html
Line: 258

This means that you did not upload this file -

<script src="Scripts/AC_RunActiveContent.js"
type="text/javascript"></script>

Not possible. It must have been a PNG/PSD that had just been renamed. Many
people here have tried that. It's never worked.... 8)

Browsing directly to the loader -
http://www.chrisallen.eu/FLVPlayer_Progressive.swf - doesn't work. There's
a problem with your loader.

That's the way to troubleshoot. Take it one step at a time and verify each
step's component....

Check the path and the file name of the FLV if they are correct.
You can check this tutorial "How to add flash videos to website?" -
http://www.flash-video-mx.com/webplayer-resources/add-videos-to-website.html
with Moyea web player pro, which is a quick solution to add videos to
web pages and make a custom flash video player for website.
