Default connection help - 11-20-2004 , 01:25 AM

Ok,

I need to find the correct paths so that i can setup a database and bindings
connection in Dreamweaver MX

My local root folder should be that of my web server? I am running the
latest Apache..

My remote root folder should be that of a folder in my web server? I am
editing locally,
Again Apache...

the path of my testing server should be? Mysql?.. I am runing 4.1 with PHP5 ,
should this be in a certain path in the directory of Mysql?

should these be mapped to or in certain folders or files in the path: for
instance the cgi-bin, or something else?

Thanks
Drew

.... any drive containing the root of your site

.... should be the folder inside your version of Apache, or at least is on
mine: C:\Program Files\nusphere\apache\htdocs\chss_local\

.... exactly the same: C:\Program Files\nusphere\apache\htdocs\chss_local\
My url for localtesting is: http://localhost/chss_local/

C:\Program Files\nusphere\mysql\data\wwwchss
