Connecting to a database

I am a complete novice to Dreamweaver and to databases in general. I know how
to construct a DB in MS Access. I'm trying to have a new customer complete a
form in Dreamweaver, which information would go to an Access DB. Then a form
would appear with the information filled in. How do I get this to happen?

I've read just about everything I can find in the Dreamweaver Help, but I'm
not finding the specifics of what to do.
