Config Problem-CF not being processed

We recently installed Dreamweaver MX but have been unable to get local files to be processed through the PWS configuration. The server generates HTM(L) and ASP pages but gives an error for any CFM. We have fiollowed the install and config from the dbooks that came with the software but have so far been unable to get a simple 'hello world' page to work. We were using CF4.5 sop we are not entirely new to this.

System :WinNT Workstation
Server :PWS
