We have created a web site for Mancino's Corporation located at: www.mancinospizza.org on all the computers that I have and other computers that customers have the web site displays and works with no problems. However, I have one Mancino's owner whos computer will not display this web site. All that he sees for this web site is the table layout and X's in each cell of the table. The .jpg and .gif pictures for this web site will not load on this computer. Now here is where it gets interesting, on this persons computer this problem of loading the graphics only occurs with this web site. He has no problems with any other web sites. I am stumped on this. Can anyone provide information on what may be causing this. To give you more information. This person is running Win98, and IE6. I have verified that he does not have IE6 set to block my site, I have had him delete cookies, delete files (also all offline content) within IE6. Also within IE6 I made sure that in the advanced options section that he has the "Show pictures" checked. But like I said, this web site is the only one that he has this problem with. All other web sites on the internet display fine on his computer. Please provide any feedback. Thanks Joel |

One other piece of information, I had him shut down his Norton Antivirus to see if that corrected the problem. I did not. Joel:confused; |

Is there anything that I did in particular within the design of the web site that, if Norton is the problem, would prevent the jpg and gif files from downloading? How would www.mancinospizza.org be different in design that other web sites? Joel:confused; |

According to the customer it is all images. The homepage is mainly a table with all jpg or gif pictures used to build the page. All that they see is the table outline with red X's in each cell. They see the same thing on the following pages. Joel |
