colored scroll bars inside a DIV tag....

Yea I was wondering how do i change the color of the scroll bars that I make
inside a DIV tag I know how to change the scroll bars of the main outside bars
but what about the inside ones? kinda like this box im typing in? thx, heres
some of the code im useing...

Note: this will only work on Windows PCs running IE.

It will only work on SOME Windows PC's running IE. More and more people
are using user style sheets to disallow that foolishness. ;-)

While I agree in theory, my guerilla survey (grabbed a few people in the
hallway) shows not one of the 8 people I asked were using custom style
sheets on their Windows systems. This was a sampling of technologically
sophisticated users, so I'm guess the results for the broad population
are even lower.
