Default collaboration for development - 09-27-2008 , 10:46 AM

When I was creating a new website recently I sort of remember a collaboration
feature. I am wondering how I can get back to that because I tried to make
another site but did not find it. Basically what I am looking for is something
that I can upload the website to a server to store it. Then everyone who can
edit it can. But templates have to still be able to work. I am not looking to
actually publish the website so it live (but can if it must). Anyone know?

You mean like a Wiki? As in WikiPedia?

If so, see this page:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki_software

Especially the "See Also" links where they have lists of Wikis and even
a "List of collaborative software."
