clipart??? available on macromedia???

is there any clipart that is available through macromedia? i'm not a graphic
artist but i wanted to add some graphics to my website. i thought clipart might
do the trick but i can't import microsoft (wmf) into fireworks or dreamweaver.
any help is greatly appreciated. thanks, bryan

Not that I'm aware of. However, this workaround may be acceptable for you.

- Create a new Word doc
- Insert a clipart file into the Word doc
- Resize as desired
- Click to select it if it's not already
- Ctl+C to copy it to the clipboard
- Open Fireworks
- Create a new file. The dimensions should already set to the dimensions of
the item on the clipboard
- Ctl+V to paste the clipart object onto the canvas

Downside to this is it's not vector art as the MWF is; it's a bitmap at this
point. But it's an easy way to get it from the Office clipart gallery into
your web apps.

You could try for some photos instead of clipart -
