Chicagowebs

Anyone know what happened to the web service provider Chicagowebs? I host my web site with them - it has been down for at least two days, their page has been down for two days and the only phone number I have for them - no one is answering - all not good signs. But they are a respected company with alot of Macromedia business. Anyone?
