Check in other users' files

I administer a number of sites for a non-profit, and frequently have interns,
assistants & volunteers cycle in and out of our place (when you're a charity,
you take low-cost labour wherever it can be found....)

Unfortunately, as they're frequently inexperienced, they often leave large
numbers of files checked out at the end of their tenure. Instead of me logging
in as them in Dreamweaver, and checking in all their pages, then logging back
in as myself, is there a way to do a mass check-in that will override someone's
check outs?

This 'master check-in' could apply to a specific individual or all users - at
this point I don't care. I just want the 'This page is checked out by
so-and-so' prompt to stop coming up all the time. And I don't want to have to
log in as each of these users and check in all their pages on all the sites.

Ideas? Sugggestions? Tx muchly.
