Check Browser Behavior Glitch - MX and Ultradev

So here's the story; I foolishly design pages for IE and NS (screw the others I guess) using Ultradev and MX. When I design a page and put the Check Browser behavior BEFORE any other html code/behaviors/graphics etc the behavior will correctly redirect based on MSIE or NSN (thank goodness). HOWEVER, when I add the check browser behavior AFTER adding HTML code/behaviors/graphics the redirect never works. Any thoughts??? Thx for looking.
