Check boxes

I am considering buying Dreamweaver but I first need
to know if it is capable of doing what I need it to do.

I am designing a freeware site where people can download files I've
developed. There are from 1 to 10 files to download. I want a download page
that has 11 check boxes (1 to 10 for the files) and a download button. By
checking from 1 to 9 boxes they can select which files they want. The 11th
box would be to automatically check all 10 file selection boxes for them.
Once done with the selection the user then just clicks the download button and
the 1 to 10 files
are then automatically downloaded.

Can Dreamweaver do this check box type of page using WYSIWYG design?
