Chech In/Out Problem

One of our developers checked out a few items and checked them back in. We all
still get the following error.

Jane (jsmith) is currently working on asset2.swf. (Please enable Check In/Out
in the Site Definition dialog box to avoid overwriting changes made by other
users.) Do you want to upload the file anyway?

We are all using DWMX (7.0). There is nothing (other than the error) showing
the item is checked out. This happens not only on .swf, but .htm also.

Please help! Thanks

First off, you should update to 7.0.1 right away! Use the updater at the MM
site, please.

Now - can Jane check this same file out again?

We have updated to 7.0.1.

Also, the problem has been solved. It turns out she did not check in properly and then turned off the ability to check in/out.
