Changing Sitewide Links to ABSOLUTE

Aloha...

I'm just wondering if there is a shortcut in DW cs3 that would allow me to
change every link in my site from document relative into absolute... I know
it's a bit of an odd thing to want to do, but I've got my reasons (even if they
aren't very good!)...

Anyway, that's it... I don't really need to worry about code links (php
includes, css links, etc)... those are all fine the way they are... I just want
all user clickable links updated...

Any thoughts??
