Changing colors in switch menu

I have a code in Java scripting. The problem is that it doesn't change the
colors like it is suppose to. Can some one please help me. Let link is below.

When you click on markets, banking or any other sub categary the color is
suppose to change for MCM Department too. If you click on External and click on
useful documents and links then External also is suppose to change color. If
someone know could you please help me.
