Changed from Win98 to Win2000 - entry point cannot belocated now

Hi All

Have changed OS from Win98 to Win2000, and now get this message when trying to
run Dreamweaver.exe:

"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the
dynamic link library DBGHELP.dll"

.....and that is where it hangs up.

With the benefit of hindsight, I should have de-activated the installation in
case I needed a fresh install after the change of OS, but I didn't.

Any hints what I should do now?
