what do i need to so that my webpages stay central on a a page even when the window is minimized?

A letterbox frameset is the only way I know of to do that, and I don't use
frames.... 8)

Put the table you are doing in % terms, as opposed to a set width, and make
the table central. Just mind your content in the table, as it will bloat it
out....

Using absolutely positioned divs and css-p might be an option. - depends
whether you are bothered about nn4.x or not.
