Centered Navigation problem

I have a horizontal navigation that is set up currently to float left. I want
all of the menu items to be centered. It's not far away now, but I need it to
really be centered.

Can somebody look at this to help me. It's in a CMS and I'm not totally
positive how everything is working. If you can give me any suggestions, it
would be amazing.
