center table vertical with inline CSS? -

I have a one page 'placeholder' that I want to have the image centered vertically. http://www.amycook.com/index2.htm How can I do that in my code? The only references I can find to this are for linked style sheets. Including Gary's page. Thanks. |

There's no stylesheet there at all.
