Cell borders not showing

I am creating a web page and trying to add a border around the cells. I have
selected the border and color from the Properties window, but the border is not
showing. What am I doing wrong? The site's not live so I can't share the
code. I am using <gulp> frames and being new at this design stuff... haven't
yet graduated to CSS. Thanks for the help. Tami

Using the Property inspector to make these changes. You should be doing
this in CSS, not the Property inspector.

td { border:1px solid green; }
