I don't understand your question. Can you give us a series of explicit
steps that we can follow?

I'm guessing, because I don't understand your description either, but: if
you're making changes to the EDITABLE regions of the template, those changes
will NOT be applied to the pages made from the template. You can make
changes to the EDITABLE regions of the template, but when you update the
pages made from the template, those changes will be ignored.

Only changes made to the NON-EDITABLE regions of the template will be
applied to the pages made from the template.

It makes sense if you think about it - that's the whole point of a template,
to "lock" certain regions into the template, but allow other regions to be
edited ON the individual pages.

Sure.
1)I made a template named"main.dwt"
2)I created pages using main.dwt(main.dwt has got editable regions)
3)Then i decided to add news objects like images in main.dwt in editable
regions
4)Added news images and tried to update pages with the main.dwt
5)pages with main.dwt made no change.I want to see new objects in pages after
changed main.dwt
is it possibe?

Please read my post, above. That's exactly what I guessed.

Add it to a non-editable part of the template page. It will then be
propagated to all child pages.
