Default Can't see SWF file in a DW page - 06-04-2008 , 08:38 AM

Hello All,
I have placed a SWF file on the following page as per the Dreamweaver
instructions, , ,
http://www.emerging-group.com/tomsweeney/swftest.html

I have uploaded the Scripts folder, which, strangly dreamweaver placed at the
root level of the site, , ,
I can ee the file by it self, so it is
online,http://www.emerging-group.com/tomsweeney/i/header.swf

What do I need to do, or change in the first page so that I can see the SWF
file in a plain Html page?
Thanks for your help
Patrick

Why is that strange?

What is strange, though is this -

</body>
</html>
<script src="../Scripts/AC_RunActiveContent.js"
type="text/javascript"></script>

Your two (redundant) instances of the entire code on the page occur below
the </html> tag. Think you should fix that?

Better.

Now - if I browse to that page, I get a blank white page with no javascript
error, so the link to the AC_RunActiveContent.js file is correct. If I copy
the link to the swf file and browse directly to it, I see the SWF, so the
link is correct. If I disable javascript in the browser (forcing the
<noscript> tag's contents to render), I see the SWF. So, I must conclude
that I am completely baffled! 8)
