Can't read my toolbar/Reference dialog box(s)

When I lauch DW 4.0, the font in the toolbar(s) and reference dialog box is so
small I can't make it out. How do I increase the size and readability of these
essential windows ??? I am going nuts trying to figure it out !!! Please help
me
