Cannot Highlight 1 paragraph

Does anyone know why I cannot highlight just one paragraph of text here:

How is this text not highlighted correctly?
What happens when you try to highlight it? in what browser?
Don't see a problem here (mac safari)

That's an IE bug.
You should be able to select the whole paragraph by clicking inside the
paragraph while holding the Ctrl key

You can highlight in IE - but you gotta have nimble mouse fingers - you
have to triple click :-)
