Ok, I read that file on frames and I agree with it, but then I need some
advice on a different idea to solve my problem.
And here is my problem: I'm developing a site for a client and it's set up
so that they can update content using MM Contribute. Now its working fine
without frames except when they enter more content than the design allows.

So on this above page, my client has added more content than the background
image can "allow" so thatıs why I wanted a frame that would allow the left
part of the page to scroll while the flash naviagation stays put. Then I
could extend the background color so that the long content doesn't overflow
into the green area.
So if you have any other ideas of how to solve this problem I would be more
than stoked to try them out.
