Can I import a Quicktime .mov into my page using DW?

Hey I have DW MX 2004 and I have a little Quicktime .mov that I want to be
able to stream on my page, but how can I import it using DW?? All I can see
is insert shockwave but that forces people to download the Shockwave
program.

Any ideas on what I should do?

Yes you can. I have several up.

Click "Insert" >>"Media">> "Plugin" (I think its Plugin, but it might be
applet)
