Right on the money. The only critique I would make is that the wrapper is a
division (not really a 'layer' in the DW sense, since it is RELATIVEly
positioned).
Since the division has auto left and right margins, and an assigned width,
it will center in the browser viewport. When it centers, all its contents
go with it, and you have everything all tickety-boo.
