Default Can I disable the check in check out system? - 03-18-2009 , 08:13 PM

Have a site that was built using the check in check out process to allow for
multiple users.
As it is now, even the simplest update of a couple pages requires that DW read
the entire site (takes about 10 minutes) and then finally allows me to upload
the new files.
Is there an easy way, like Golive, where when you hit the sync button, only
the new local files immediately get uploaded, or do I have to go through the
file comparing process?

In the site definition, under the basic tab, navigate to "Sharing Files".
Select "No, do not enable check in and check out."

Beautiful, that was exactly what I needed!
Thanks also for all you others who helped find the elusive "recently modified files" ;-)
