Can dreamweaver publish Moogle

Hi,

I would like students visitng my site (ontargetbcn.com) to be able to sign
up/register with us, and put profiles up and find other students.

I have found open source software called moogle that can do it. I used
wysiwyg software to make my site, but it cant upload moogle onto my hosting
server.

As a basic user, dont have the skills to upload moogle onto my hosting server.
Before I buy dreamweaver,I would like to know - does dreamweaver's wysiwyg
editor have the capability to handle this automatically?

Something to consider:

You are guilty of copyright infringement by using the comp photo in the
upper left. Same with the target image you use at the bottom. You cannot use
an iStockphoto comp on a website, only as a temp image during development.

Perhaps you did not know that. Regardless, please rectify that problem. Then
