Can anyone suggest a tutorial on a couple items?

Hello everyone. Hope all is well!

I'm creating a website for a guitar manufacturer and I would like to use the
following items to create a nice flow to the site:

1.) a vertical scroll box on the left with thumbnails for each type of guitar
and paint job. However, I've never figured out how to put a frame inside a
frame like this.

2.) I want to use alot of disjointed rollovers. Here's the visual example



Any help or expertise you guys could give me would be MUCH appreciated. Thank
you kindly.

Hi yea,
I dont know why you want to use frames for this , (that is just my own
personal opinion sorry), maybe for the show pic from thumbnail you could try
using the show pic extension from

http://www.projectseven.com/extensions/info/show_pic/index.htm


as for the scroller
