On call scedule online ( ASP / DWMX )

Currently we have a On call schedule that is in an excel spreadsheet. But
not the best thing... Is there a way to build something a little more
automatic, in a sense, that we populate the database with our names,
numbers, day or weeks of the year... and on a page, it displays who is on
call for that week.. instead of opening this spreadsheet and searching for
the week we are in and then to see who is available. and then to another
excel sheet to view the persons cell and home number...

So basically get a script that will look at the date on the server and say..
ok, display anyone for dates
