Bulletin Boards???

I'm new to dreamweaver. I'm wondering if bulletin boards can be done on the software or if I need to download something to enable me to do them. Any answers??

It is possible with DW, however not easy at all - your probably better
installing a pre written one - many are free, including
www.WebWizGuide.co.uk for ASP, and PHPbb for PHP ...
