broken internal links..?

OK Murray (or others) .. here's a real boondoggle... So I upgraded to MX
2004 Suite and then uninstalled all of the older MX apps. Now, when I'm in
DW MX 2004 and I click on a portion of an image to edit it in Fireworks
2004, I get an error message saying that it can't find the older fireworks
application.

I tried pointing the Editor Preference for .png to the new fireworks, but
that didn't help.. other suggestions? ..and why am I having to do this?
