bookmark

hi,

i would like to link people to another web site's page. i also want them to
bookmark that link.
can you give me some advice on how I should do this? and how I technically can
do this....

In the browser use FAVORITES | Add to favorites, or BOOKMARKS | Add to
bookmarks....

i meant, when people click on a link, is it possible to open a small window and
say " would you like to add this link to your favorites?" and if they say yes,
it will automatically open add favorites box
