behaviors aren't working

Can anyone tell me why the show-hide behavior might not work? I'm pretty sure I
set it up right but when I preview it nothing happens. I followed the
instructions exactly and it didn't seem complicated enough for me to have
mistakenly changed something. I simply assigned hide on mouse click to the top
layer and show on mouse click to the bottom layer...did I screw it up?

I can't see your code to offer an opinion!
